Special Room Rates
The Hilton Vancouver Airport Hotel (and the adjacent Sheraton) have offered reduced room rates for anyone wishing to stay in Richmond in close proximity to the arena. Please use the room booking links below to book your room, and feel free to send these on to any spectators or players who are interested in staying in town for the tournament.

Play Like Ray After Party - Saturday, September 7th
Most importantly, the Hilton has offered to host the official Play Like Ray Party on Saturday night!
They’re offering a ballroom, bartender, dance floor, and food can be ordered as requested. Additionally, the Hilton is generously offering that the profits from our beverages sold at their bar will contribute toward our overall fundraising campaign for Play Like Ray.
After Party Details:
8PM ‘til LATE: The party officially kicks off at 8pm, following the end of the last game on Saturday night. Music and bar service go until 1am.
SHOWER ROOMS: Players coming off the ice at either of the two last games on Saturday are welcome to make use of the 2 hotel rooms the Hilton is making available as shower/get ready rooms ahead of the party.
HOTEL SHUTTLES: Hotel shuttles will run between the Hilton/Sheraton and Minoru Arena every 30 minutes, starting at 7:30pm.
SAFE CONSUMPTION: It is incredibly important that everyone stays SAFE while consuming alcohol. So, book a room for the weekend, take the shuttle from the rink, book an Uber home, or carpool with your teammates if you’re planning to take part.
